Instructions for internal transfers to AWEX by ID

We are glad to welcome you to our AWEX service, here we will tell you how easy and convenient it is to make exchanges, store and trade on our platform!

In order to create an application in the right direction, start trading and use all the tools of our exchange, you need to go through a simple registration procedure or log in if you are already our user.

The registration process takes very little time. How to do it?

Go to the page and click the join button in the central part of the main page.

• Enter your email address and a strong password. (the password must contain at least 9 characters and one capital letter and numbers).
• Confirm your email by entering the verification code that was sent to it. If you do not receive an email with a confirmation code, you need to check the Spam folder and mark the email that it is not spam!
• Use your credentials to log in to your account.

To further protect your account, we recommend that you immediately install two-factor authentication (Google 2FA) on your device and enable it. It provides a guarantee that the account owner is the only person who can gain access. You can connect the verification section in your portfolio:

In this section, the AWEX exchange user can submit documents for identity verification (KYC verification).

You will need to fill out a form, upload a photo of your document. The whole procedure takes from three to five minutes.

WHAT IS KYC VERIFICATION FOR?

In order to make sure that the funds really belong to the user who exchanges them, as well as additionally secure your account. The service monitors the safety of customer funds and the legality of exchange transactions.

To make exchanges and trade electronic currencies on our platform and enjoy all the advantages of the exchange, pass the "Verification".

Go to your personal account, you need to click the "Verification" tab. Next, start verification:

• Upload a clear photo of one of the identity documents: passport, passport, ID card or driver's license. The photo should not be cropped or edited.
• Do authentication by face geometry.
• Wait for the document verification to be completed. As soon as your application is processed, you will receive a notification about the results of verification. Upon successful completion, your status in the verification section will be changed. If the application was rejected, the reason will also be indicated.

AWEX internal transfers, unlike transfers via blockchain, do not have network fees (commissions) and provide instant receipt of funds. 

Knowing your ID, any user of the service will be able to send you the required amount without commission and restrictions! 

How does it work? 

1. Select the desired asset (for example, USDT) and click on it. 
2. Select "Pay" after which you will find out your ID (user code), by which you will be able to receive assets to your account.
